Learning Note 2-Project Impact Measurement

One of the critical challenges with implementing impact-oriented projects is developing a matrix to evaluate project results and measuring impact.

At Syecomp Ghana Ltd, we believe critical success factors in delivering results include stakeholder participation, active inclusion of direct project constituents, and activity/service continuity. In our implementation of the CTA-funded proof of concept project on Geospatial Technology and Agroclimatic Information Service for Farmers in Ghana, our broad aim is to build a technology service in collaboration with project constituents to solidify and strengthen our market position in this highly competitive industry.
Collecting data to help measure performance and evaluate results can be a very daunting task but we believe this is very essential for progress monitoring. As we begin undertaking this activity, we look forward to getting appropriate feedback .
