The Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) in collaboration with the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MOFA) is in the process of conducting the Ghana Census of Agriculture (GCA) 2016-2019


The Census of Agriculture is a statistical operation that covers the country and allows for the collection, processing, publishing and dissemination of information on the structure of agriculture in Ghana.


The GSS Management intends to engage field staff who will assist in collecting data from Households, Communities and Institutions on their agricultural activities within the period, April 2017 to June 2017.


Interested applicants should be between the ages of 20 and 55 years and possess a minimum qualification of West Africa Senior School Examination Certificate (WASSCE), should visit the Statistical Service website: http://www.statsghana.gov.gh/ca/cagh.php and complete the online application form.

The deadline for submission of applications is March 07, 2017

      Kindly consult your colleagues who might have successfully submit an application. You probably use your laptop or desktop pc instead of using a mobile device.

          Hi Christian,it’s a project being implemented by the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS). You may probably follow-up with them since we don’t have any further information on its status.

      Hi, The Ghana Census for Agriculture project is being handled by the Ghana Statistical Service. We currently don’t have any information with regards the project timeliness until it’s released by GSS

      Hi Kingsford, if you have read the article you’d probably have realised that the deadline was March 7. This implies you can’t apply and the application link is turned off.

    Ghana statistical service were to procure tablet and power banks for the survey but they could not due to budgetary constraints. means tat the survey may not come on. source GSS websit
